All our rubber compounds are mixed in-house to ensure better control, higher quality, lower costs, and greater consistency. At the start of the mixing process, ingredients for each batch of rubber (synthetic or natural rubber, antioxidants, binders, reinforcing agents, and pigments) are accurately weighed using electronic scales and then mixed with advanced technology. Throughout this process, written procedures are strictly followed to guarantee uniformity and precise specification control.
Rubber batches are meticulously weighed using computer-controlled electronic scales and a checking system to verify the correct raw materials and weights. Once the raw materials are accurately weighed, they are mixed in our computer-controlled Banbury Mixer, which employs advanced mixing technology to achieve consistent and controlled rubber stock.
At Sokhbros Products, we place a significant emphasis on materials technology, driven by our Chemistry Laboratory. Our chemists and technicians develop and test new compounds using synthetic and natural rubber polymers, tailoring formulations to meet exact customer specifications and identifying thermoplastics that best fit a customer’s application.
Before being released to production, each batch of rubber stock undergoes diagnostic testing in our on-site laboratory. Only after our laboratory approves it is the rubber stock released into production.
